The challenge is to ride our bikes around the coast of the UK, following the route shown below, this is approximately 4000 miles and will take about 14 days to complete.

Lee Marsh and Iain House undertook the same challenge 7 years ago in 2010 and completed it in the time frame and raised over £7500 for Cancer Research and Oakhaven Hospice, this was carried out on large unmodified modern motorbikes, it was hard work, particularly with camping and the weather not being on our side for a lot of the ride.

This time our bikes are not standard, off the shelf, modern motorbikes, they are over 30 years old, 125cc commuter bikes that have been stripped down and rebuilt in a cafe racer style as you can see in the gallery.

The route will be mainly 'A' and 'B' roads, we will avoid motorways as much as possible and will stop off at the four corners of the UK, Lowestoft, John O'Groats, St Davids and Lands End as well as many other points of interest along the way.

We will be keeping a blog whilst on the road which can be followed on this website as well as on the facebook page.

We are looking for sponsors so if any companies would like to sponsor us at all we will happily advertise the fact that you are doing so, any donations or help in other ways will be gratefully received and faithfully applied.
